All Starink cartridges are developed by highly trained professionals in an ISO 9001 certified facility. Each cartridge is meticulously tested to ensure full working compatibility with your printer.

We provide a 2-year warranty against any product defects you encounter while using our cartridges.
Most of the issues you experience can be resolved through simple troubleshooting. If you would like to try some troubleshooting on your own, refer to the articles here for toner cartridges troubleshooting.

Order Cancellation

You will need to contact a member of our team to cancel your order. You can reach us by calling
(+1) 2019031058 or by e-mailing support@starink-office.com. We will not be able to cancel an order that has been shipped, but you can return it for a refund when it arrives.

Return Policy

If you wish to return a product or order for any reason, contact our customer support team by calling
(+1) 2019031058 or by e-mailing support@starink-office.com to obtain a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number). Returns must be received within 30 days of the RMA# being issued.
Note: Please do NOT reject the package directly, or return the item to the sender’s address. The return address will be emailed to you with the RMA#.

Ordered wrong or no longer needed

If you accidentally ordered the wrong item or changed your mind about an item, for all ink cartridges, Starink allows you to return any unused and unopened products for a refund within 2 years of the purchase date.
We retain the right to charge a restocking fee for any used or opened items, or for any orders that are past our 60-day grace period.
